CHIANG, Choong Loon 52, passed away on Friday, July 5, 2013 at his home in Tampa. Choong was born Aug. 13, 1960 to ShuKuen Chiang and Wan Ho Choy in Kelang, Malaysia, the oldest of 4 children. He graduated from Kelang High School in 1977. Choong is survived by his wife, Siew; daughter, Wilman; and son, Shawn. He had a long career as a district manager of Manchu Wok until his mandatory retirement due to health complications. Choong loved to spend time with his family and friends. He will be remembered most for his love for cooking and joking. The family will greet friends from 9 am to 12 pm on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Brewer & Sons Funeral Home, Miguel Fuentes Memorial Chapel, 7701 W. Hillsborough Ave., Tampa, FL 813-887-4991. Followed by a funeral service at 12 pm with Uncle Seng Choy officiating. Burial will be on Friday, July 12, 2013 at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
