Betty Yeh Lan Chiang age 65,, of Coconut Creek, FL passed away March 24, 2012. She was born in China to the late Miao and Kuey Yu (nee Chin) Chiang. After moving to the United States, Betty settled in South Florida and over a 30-year career opened several restaurants in the community, including Uncle K.C. Chinese Restaurant of Coconut Creek and China Cafe of Boca Raton. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Alice Kiang and Ronnie Klein; sons, David Wong, and Edward Wong; grandchildren, Bryson Klein, Peyton Klein; sister, Yun Lan Chiang; brothers, Kuo Ching Chiang, Joseph Chiang, Don Chiang, Jerry Chiang; nieces, nephews and beloved friends. A private graveside service for family will be held Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Restland Memorial Park.
