ORLAND - Vera Irene Berlinger, 49, died yesterday in the Corning Memorial Hospital. She was born May 26, 1916 in Orland.
Survivors include her widower, John Berlinger Jr. of Corning; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Patton of Corning; her father, James Christian of Orland; five sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Lavey of Orland; Mrs. Donna Vincze of Orland; Mrs. Reynardine Brawley of Orland; Mrs. Geraldine Sears of Willows and Mrs. Elsie Fisk of Willows; two brothers, Robert Christian of Orland and William Christian of Chico and two grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in the F. D. Sweet & Son Mortuary in Orland. Burial will follow in the Orland Odd Fellows Cemetery. – Transcribed by E.
