ATKINS, MRS. OMMA ELLAREE - age 97 of Luttrell, passed away Thursday morning, July 19, 2007 at Sunbridge Health Care Center of Maynardville. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Methodist Church and was preceded in death by: parents, Orange and Minnie Clapps; sons, Ted Atkins and C.G. Atkins; sister, Ermalee McKelvey. Survived by: daughters and sons-in-law, Ellaree and Norman Gore, Lodene and G.M Atkins, all of Luttrell; grandchildren, Dennis Gore, Douglas Gore, Linda Akin, Kathy Satterfield, Marty Tharp, Sherre Overton, Wayne Atkins, Randall Atkins; 16 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Barbara Atkins of Luttrell; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 6 to 8 [.m. Friday with funeral services to follow at 8 pm, Ailor Chapel, Rev. Gary Beeler, Rev. Bobby Kitts officiating. Interment 11 a.m. Saturday at Wyrick Cemetery, Corryton. Pallbearers will be grandsons, great grandson and Denny Tharp. Ailor Mortuary, Maynardville.∼Daughter of Orange Gibson Clapp and Minnie Mae Beeler.
