Charlotte A. (Clark) Buswell, 93, passed away March 29, 2021. She was born June 21, 1927 in Bangor the daughter of the late Prentice and Lottie (Greeley) Clark of Hampden and Bangor. She married Norman I. Buswell of Exeter September 9, 1947; they had been married 65 years at the time of Norman's death in 2014. Charlotte is survived by her children; Francis & wife Nancy of Dover, DE, Sharon Maysa Buswell of Corinth, ME, Gregory & wife Rena Buswell of Tampa, FL, Cheryl Buswell Briggs and husband Michael of Clarksville, TN, George & wife Debra Buswell of Corinth, ME, Gail Buswell Young of Bangor, ME, and Brian & wife Tammy Buswell of Stetson, ME. The family also consists of 10 grandchildren, Kevin Buswell and wife Deanna of Woodbridge, VA, Kristi Vogel, Lisa Shaw and husband Robert of Dover, DE, Jennifer Barnes and husband Scott of Corinth, ME, Jamie Hoppe Mitchell, SD, David Buswell and Monica Buswell of Dover, DE, Abby Young and Jonathan Buzzy Young of Bangor, ME, Carly Buswell of Stetson, ME and seven great grandchildren, Christopher, Rebecca, Sarah, Christian, Katie, Stephen, Benjamin, and Josie. Also 3 great-great grandchildren, Kloe, Adam and Xander. Also surviving is her niece Ellen Clark Annis of Zephyrhills, FL. Charlotte is predeceased by her loving husband, Norman in 2014, her only sibling, brother Maynard Clark and his wife Jane, niece Elizabeth Clark Boyd and her parents Prentice and Lottie (Greeley) Clark.

She enjoyed her puzzles, cross-stitch and quilting. She made beautiful quilts for each of her children and grandchildren. Charlotte went to Eastern Academy Beauty School and for many years she gave permanent wave sets and haircuts in her home for friends and family. She also worked at Porter Shoe Company in Corinth and the Ramada Inn in Bangor. She was an excellent seamstress and often took in sewing jobs to help support the family. She also enjoyed the years she worked for the Crane Brothers Potatoes in Exeter during potato harvest, riding the harvester.
A great love of her life were her tiny poodles, Dominic, Coco, and Teena. There wasn't a dog in her vicinity that she could pass up the opportunity of petting. Charlotte was also a founding member of Corinth Volunteer Ambulance service. In this role she served as an emergency technician and assisted at many accidents and community illnesses.
