Wife of Josiah Adams Clark (1823-1868). They married in Knox Co OH on 29 Oct 1846 and lived in Jefferson Township, Knox Co, OH, at least through 1860. Adeline and several children were in Douglas Co, NE, in 1880 and 1900. So far as I can determine, she never remarried. Josiah's parents were Abel and Mary (Burnett) Clark, and although I have a year of death (1868) for him from his father's biography in the 1881 History of Knox Co, OH, I do not know where he died. Children from this marriage include John Q (1847), Priscilla Jane (1849), William Abel (ca 1850), Amos W (ca 1852), Michael H (Feb 1854), Maria M (ca 1856), Nancy M (ca 1858), Mulligan J (Sep 1861) and Adeline M (Sep 1863)....all born in Knox Co, OH.
