Aarion, age 8 and his brother were waiting for their mother to finish her shopping and were playing in the parking lot of the Eastown Shopping Center when his brother rushed into the store telling his mother that Aarion had fallen and hit his head and wasn't moving. Aarion died at Children's Medical Center on August 3, 2004 from trauma to his cervical spinal cord and trauma to his neck
