Anne Clayton Caldwell of Houston died Mon at 8:30pm in her home.She is survived by her husband, Watson L Caldwell; son, Thomas Clayton Caldwell, Houston, grandson Gavin Caldwell, Houston, sisters Mrs. Lilly Morgan and Mrs. Elizabeth ____; several nieces and nephews; grandnieces and a great grand nephew.
Anne was born in Calvin in 1907 to Elizabeth and Robert T Clayton. She attended E Central University and OK Baptist Univ. A member of the Episcopal Church, she although in ill health in recent yrs, was very active in church, civic and social causes throughout her life.
Services will be held Thurs at 1:30 at Forest Park Chapel and burial in Forest Park Cemetery, Houston.
