ROCK HILL- Mrs. Esther Mae Adkins, 77, wife of J. Thomas Adkins of Rock Hill, died Wednesday morning at her home.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Thursday from Betheada Presbyterian Church by the Rev. S. B. Hoyt Jr. and the Rev. James Lindsay. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs Adkins was born and reared in York County, the daughter of the late John and Emmine Branch Clinton of York County. She was a member of Bethesda Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her husband; three sons, John J., Marion E and Bill Adkins; one daughter, Mrs. E. R. Russell, all of Rock Hill and one sister,, Mrs. Lewis Jonas of McConnells.
