Alice Gardner Clive, age 87, passes away June 9, 1996, in Bennion, Utah.
Born June 11, 1908, in Burley, Idaho, daughter of John W. and Lillie Pitt Gardner. Married John Burton Clive September 19, 1931, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Active member of the LDS Church. Avid gardener.
Survived by one daughter, Mrs. Larry (Carolyn) Rodgers of West Jordan; five grandchildren, Kathy Rodgers, Tamra Baldwin, Ronald Rodgers, Larieann Kump and Charlie Gilbert; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Ralph Gardner of Salt Lake City; three sisters, Ruth Davis, Caldwell, ID; Mable Franklin, Covina, CA; Hilda Lee, Portland, OR.
Preceded in death by her husband on July 2, 1965.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 2 p.m. at West Jordan 6th Ward, 8435 South 2700 West, where friends may call Tuesday from 1-2 p.m. Interment, Redwood Memorial Estates. Under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.
