Josephine Cali, age 91, formerly of Eastwood, passed away Sunday at James Square Health and Rehabilitation Center. Josephine was born in Skaneateles and resided in Syracuse for most of her life. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph, in 1982 and by her brother, Joseph Coco. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Grace and Tom Venuti of Eastwood; her grandchildren, Maryjo Marcely of Minoa, Ronald Nicotra of Cicero and Paul Nicotra of Syracuse; her great-grandchildren, Brandon, Oliva, Amanda, Abbi, Allysa, Lexi, Mya and Anya; her sisters, Edith Torio, Ann Greco and Rose Coco, all of Liverpool. Calling hours will be 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse. Services will be 9:15 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church
