She was born in Waynesville, North Carolina July 25, 1880. Anne attended the University of Tennessee, was dean of women at La Crosse State College in 1917 and organized the Republican Woman's Club.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Roswell H. (Mary Dillard) Graves of Washington D.C.
Her son, John Trotwood, preceded her in death in 1961. She has five grandchildren and one great grand child.
Services will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. in the Sletten-McKee Funeral Home. Rev. Paul Brownell will officiate.
Burial will be in the Veterans Cemetery at Fort Snelling.
