Francis Harry Cody, 72, of 32 N. Ashland Ave., La Grange, Illinois, died on Feb. 14, in Community Memorial Hospital. He lived in the community for 16 years and was a comptroller for Saunders and Co. of Chicago. He was a veteran of World War I.
Funeral services were held on Feb. 16 in the First Baptist Church of La Grange with Rev. Earven Andersen officiating.
Mr. Cody was past president of the La Grange Art League. He is survived by his widow, Myrtle; daughters, Thelma Maybury and Barbara Pitel; brother, Robert and sister, Alice Farrington; six grandchildren.
