Marilyn Peyrefitte Coleman passed away on April 18, 2014, in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, her home for the past sixty-plus years.

Born on March 15, 1927, she was a native of New Orleans, the daughter of the late Katherine Braun Peyrefitte and the late Gonzalo A. Peyrefitte and the sister of the late Shirley P. Lund and the late Ashton G. Peyrefitte.

She attended Ursuline Academy and Eleanor McMain High School.

Marilyn was the wife of the late John F. (Johnny) Coleman for 60 years.

Survivors include their four children: John Forrest Coleman (Ann), Spring TX; Carol C. Montealegre (Jorge), Coral Gables FL; James P. Coleman (Maria Elena), San Pedro Sula, Honduras; and Clayton T. Coleman (Isa), Houston TX.

She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and in-laws, Tootsie and Joe Park.
