Frank Coleman, Sr., passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2006. He was born on December 26, 1928 in Baldwin, LA to the loving union of Sostan Coleman and Bertha Monnette Coleman. He was married to the late Elizabeth B. Coleman for 50 plus years. To this union was born Frank Coleman, Jr. (Sharon), Jacqueline Fonzo (Robert) and Tanya Coleman Phillips. There are 4 grandchildren: Tara Coleman, Robert Fonzo III, Sonthia Coleman and Ariane Fonzo; 3 brothers: Theophilus Coleman, the late Alvin Mates and Harry Coleman; 2 sisters: Nola Jackson and the late Audrey Quinn. He also leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends of the family; also pastors, officers and members of St. Paul AME Church and Gideon Christian Fellowship are invited to attend the Funeral Services from Richardson Funeral Home, 11112 Jefferson Hwy., River Ridge, LA on Saturday, March 4, 2006 at 12:30 p.m. Visitation 12:00 noon until 12:30 p.m. Interment Holt Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.
