BATTLE CREEK, Michigan -- Linda Darlene Blagg, 57, of Battle Creek, Michigan, formerly of Westfield, Illinois, died at 9:08 a.m. Tuesday (May 30, 2006) at the Casey Health Care Center.
The funeral will be 1:30 p.m. Friday (June 2) at the Markwell Funeral Home in Casey, Illinois, with the Rev. Marvin Oakley officiating.
Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Roselawn Cemetery in Charleston, Illinois.
She was born Aug. 31, 1948, in Charleston, daughter of Charles Edgar Coleman and Mary Elizabeth "Betty" Brooks Coleman. She married Gary Blagg on June 1, 1968; he survives.
Other survivors include a daughter, Amy L. Wilkins and husband Richard of Casey, Illinois; granddaughters, Kindra Wilkins and Chelsey Wilkins; sister, Charlene Smith and husband Carle of Battle Creek, Michigan; father, Charles Coleman of Mattoon, Illinois.
She was preceded in death by her mother.
Mrs. Blagg was a homemaker. She was a member of the Level Park Baptist Church.
Memorials may be made to the Lincolnland Hospice of Mattoon, Illinois or Life Span Hospice of Battle Creek, Michigan.
