Born on May 8, 1931, Pauline was the daughter of Wilfred and Jeannette (Stokes) Coll. She was raised in Suncook and after graduating from high school, worked as a bookkeeper for the Suncook Bank until her marriage in 1956 to Joseph Adinolfo.
The couple spent their married life and started their family in Middletown, CT and after Mr. Adinolfo's death in 1969, Pauline returned to her New Hampshire home. She was employed as a bookkeeper for the Town of Allenstown, retiring in 1993 after 22 years of service. She also spent time working for Royal Caterers.
She was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church and was a life member of the Ladies of Ste Anne and the Ste Therese Rosebush Society.
For fun Pauline liked word puzzles, card games and BINGO. She doted on her grandchildren and great grandchildren, calling them the "light of her life."
Spring burial will be in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
