The son the late John J. and Mary B. McHugh Coll, he was born on January 3, 1954, Brooklyn, NY.
Brian was a retired Sergeant with 30 years of service at the Sullivan County Sheriff's Department, Corrections Division, in Monticello, NY. He was a member of Liberty Elks Lodge #1545 and was an avid animal lover.
A family statement reads, "He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him."
Survivors include his loving wife; his amazing daughter; a sister; three brothers; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Kevin Coll.
