MRS. WILLIAM NICK

Funeral services for Mrs. William Nick, who died Wednesday at the St Nicholas hospital after an operation, will be held next Monday morning at 9 o'clock at Green Bay.

Mrs. Nick had moved to Kohler with her husband from Green Bay about five years ago. She was a sister [in-law] of Mrs. Jos[eph M.] Thiesen and Mrs. Jac[ob] Gerend of Sheboygan and was well known throughout this city. The remains were taken to Green Bay today.

Mrs. Theisen left today for Green Bay for the service to be held there next week. Mrs. John Nick, Sr., who has been here during the serious illness of her daughter[in-law], Mrs. Wm. Nick, is to return to her home in Green Bay accompanied by her daughter, Mrs. Jac[ob] Gerend for the funeral service.

Most likely born in Green Bay in 1887-88, Annie's family came from Belgium. She wed William F. Nick in about 1913 and together they had one child, a daughter named Catherine Elizabeth, called 'Betty'.

Annie rests with her in-laws in an older section of Allouez that's near the old red chapel.
