Ann Heath Collins, 89, passed away July 16, 2001. She was a native and lifelong resident of Jacksonville. Mrs. Collins was a longtime member of Riverside Presbyterian Church where she served faithfully as a hostess. She was preceded in death by her husband, O.P. Collins and is survived by her three sons, Stephen Collins and his wife Jeannean, Herb Collins, and Lindsey Collins; six grandchildren; and five greatgrandchildren. Entombment at Oaklawn Cemetery will be held 10:00 AM, Thursday, July 19, 2001. A Memorial service will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 19, 2001 at Riverside Presbyterian Church, with The Rev. Dan Thomas officiating.The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM, Wednesday (TODAY) at Hardage Giddens Funeral Home 729 S. Edgewood Ave. Memorial contributions may be made to Riverside Presbyterian Church.
