Mrs. Beckham was a native of Lake City, South Carolina, born on July 8, 1925, to the late T. C. and Lizzie Collins and had resided in the Johnson Community, since 1949. She was a longtime member of Woodlawn Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her sister, Idell Owen.
She is survived by her husband of 66 year, James F. Beckham, one son, Michael (Suzy) Beckham, two grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 3, 2014 at 11:00 A. M., in Woodlawn Baptist Church, with Pators L. D. O'Steen and Charles Litzell, officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior, beginning at 10:00 A. M. Interment will follow in Providence Cemetery, Windsor.
