Pamelia was the daughter of Seth Comstock and Polly nee Arnold. (Her mother may be buried with her father, if so, the grave marker is lost.) She married John Alexander circa 1818, probably just prior to moving from Massachusetts to upstate New York. They had ten known children. The grave locations of eight are linked below. Of the others, John H. Alexander (1842- ) may be the John H. Alexander, member of the Wisconsin infantry, who died March 6, 1863 and is buried at the national cemetery in Annapolis. The gravesite for Ephraim Alexander (1835-1894) is unknown.
