Funeral services for Dolly M. Burch, 85, of Chicago, Ill. and formerly of Rosenberg, are scheduled 10 a.m. Friday at Calvary Baptist Church in Rosenberg. The Rev. Bob Hairston will officiate, with burial at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Mrs. Burch died Monday in Chicago. She was born Nov. 11, 1908 in Milam. Her parents were W.T. and Alice Mason Conner. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Rosenberg.
Survivors include her daughter and her husband, Dora Lee and Burke Gelling of Chicago; grandchildren, Jan Gelling of New York, New York, Jill and Mark Knudsen of Seattle, Wash., and Jim and Barbara Gelling of Fairborn, Ohio; great-grandchildren, Jim and Christi Gelling; and a great-great-grandchild, Jessica Gelling.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Isaiah Burch; a sister, Dorothy Robertson; a brother, W.T. Conner; and a daughter, Charlotte (Tot) Smith.
