Connolly – Died, March 6, at the family residence, 1318 East Capital avenue, Mrs. Mary Connolly, beloved wife of Robert M. Connolly, aged 45 years.

Mrs. Connolly was born in Ireland in 1847 and was the daughter of James and Mary Britt. In 1852 she removed to this country with her parents and settled at Ashland, Pa. In 1873 she removed to Springfield and was married to Robert M. Connolly. She was a devoted Christian woman and was a member in good standing of the Church of the Immaculate Conception. She was a woman whose only pleasure was to make home pleasant for her husband and children and her presence from among them will be greatly missed. She is survived by her husband and four children, three daughters, Alice, Annie and Kate Connolly and one son, Alexander Connolly.

The funeral will take place at the Church of the Immaculate Conception at 9:30 a.m. today, the cortege leaving the residence at 9 o’clock.
