Of Naples, FL and Plymouth, MA, passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2007. She was born in Holyoke MA, daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret Connor. Graduated from Holyoke High School, and attended Bay Path College. Nancy married Charles H. Connon in 1961. Nancy and her family left Holyoke in 1975 and began a series of moves which included Mahopac, NY, Marshfield, MA, Chester, NJ, and Cotuit, MA. While in Marshfleld, she began a successful career in Real Estate. Nancy belonged to several organizations and clubs, including the Junior League, Ballymeade County Club in Falmouth, MA, and Olde Cypress in Naples. Always interested in the latest fashion, Nancy loved to shop. Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Charles H. Connon, her beloved sons: Atty. C.J. Connon (Stephanie) of West Roxbury, MA, Atty. Mark Connon (Jeanne) of Winchester, MA, Atty. Matthew Connon (Dulcey) of Wellesley, MA, and 8 grandchildren: Henry, Ryan, Riley, Sam, Emily, Abby, Teddy, and Sophia. She was predeceased by two brothers, Atty. David and Thomas Connor. The family expresses gratitude to the caregivers of Naples Community Hospital and Avow Hospice, who gave her comfort in her final days of life. The Funeral will be held Friday morning at 9 from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton St., (Rte 5), HOLYOKE followed by a Mass in Holy Cross Church, Holyoke at 10. Burial will be in St. Jerome Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Thursday, 4-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Alzheimer Support Network, 660 Tamiani Trail North, Naples, FL 34102.
