Syracuse - Services for Mrs Frances Louise Abell, Layfayette RD 1 who was killed when hit by a car on Route 20 Saturday night will be conducted tomorrow at 9 am in St. Margaret's Church Mattydale.
The 38 year old mother was struck according to state troopers by a car operated by Lt. Richard E Payne 27, of Buffalo. a lietutenant in the national guard. Two children walking with her were not injured.
Surviving are her husband Carl W Abell; four daughters Marie, Joyce, Frances, and Shirley; three sons John Abell of U.S. Air Force, Carl Jr and Joseph Abell; a sister Mrs. Marie Hopkins; a brother William Considine of Phoenix.
Friends may call at the Welter Funeral Home. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
