Mrs. Collins, 77, died Thursday at a Honolulu hospital. She lived in Kailua, Hawaii.
A native of Portland, Mrs. Collins was the daughter of James W. Cook, a pioneer salmon packer.
She was the wife of George M. Collins, a trustee of the James Campbell Estate and former trustee of the Bishop Estate, the Clarke Reed Bishop Trust and the Bishop Museum.
Mrs. Collins was first married to M. E. Crumpacker, who was a congressman from Oregon from 1925 until his death in 1927.
She is survived by her husband; two sons, E. D. Crumpacker, Kilua Kona, Hawaii, and James Cook Crumpacker, Coos Bay; a sister, Mrs. Cornelia C. Menefee, Portland; and 10 grandchildren.
