CONGER-MORRIS OBITUARY:
Minnie Lee Boozer was called home on Friday, March 22nd 2013 at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center, Medford, Oregon. She was born July 4th, 1929 in Clanton, Alabama to Franklin and Allie Lee RAY Cook.
On July 12th 1947 she married George Boozer whom she will be meeting at the Pearly Gates. George preceded her in death in 1998. They moved to Oregon 61 years ago. She was known for her volunteer work rocking all of the babies, how all those babies loved her.
She was a member of Family Life Bible Church and enjoyed all of her Grandchildren, and her walks.
Survivors include Her children Sybil Cody and her husband Bill, Dale Kenyon, Emmett Boozer, Susan Cullop and her husband Skip. She is also survived by her brother Burlan and her sister Bea Mitchell. She leaves behind 14 Grandchildren, 25 Great Grandchildren and two Great-Great Granddaughters, and many Nieces and Nephews.
Besides George, she was preceded in death by her son, Cecil Cook, great granddaughter Elizabeth Joy Baker, brothers, Lance Cook and Leonard Cook, and half brother, Newton Cook.
Minnie's funeral will be at the Family Life Bible Church Pentecostal Church of God, Ashland, OR., with Brother John Traub officiating. She will be laid at rest with George at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
