Betty L. Andrew 80, of Emmitsburg, passed away surrounded by her family on Thursday February 21, 2013 at York Hospital, PA. She was the wife of George W. Andrew.
Born on September 5, 1932 in Gettysburg, PA. She was the daughter of the late William and Annie Lott Cook.
Betty enjoyed cooking, flowers, soap operas, blue grass music, watching I Love Lucy and Hee Haw. She loved her family and her time spent with them.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter Holly A. Andrew of Gettysburg. Grandchildren Sandra L. and Jason A. DeWees. Great Grandchildren Avantae and A-Lynn DeWees. Sisters Helen Lockman, Dorothy Kiesling and Mary Wagner and brothers Buddy and Richard Cook. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by brothers Donnie and Bill Cook.
