Diana Jean Apperson, 63, of Casa Grande, died on Dec. 18, 2012 in Casa Grande.
The funeral will be at 11 am. Jan. 5 at Trinity Southern Baptist Church.
Mrs. Apperson was born on Nov. 21, 1949 in Huntington, West Virginia. She was a registered nurse who loved her role of caring for people for many years.
She was a member of Trinity Southern Baptist Church and enjoyed writing, fishing, camping and spending time with her family. She especially loved the children and her church.
Survivors include two sons, James Brandenburg, of Casa Grande, and Michael T. Brandenburg, of McHenry, IL; four brothers: Virgil Copley, of PA, Charles Copley, of IL, Jimmy R. Copley, of WI, and Paul Copley, of FL; four sisters: Patsy Waters, of FL, Paulette Shade, Carol Wallace and Wilma Havens, all of TN; and eight grandchildren: Meghan Brandenburg, of Prescott, Samantha Brandenburg, of Phoenix, Carson Brandenburg, of McHenry, IL, Gary Gray, of Virginia, MN, Ira White and Angela White, of Casa Grande, Paige Lillie and Tatum Lillie, of San Tan Valley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dana; her mother and stepfather, Stella and John Klepper; and a brother, Franklin "Chick" Copley.
