Larry Covas (1944 - 2010) Larry Covas, 65, died peacefully Monday morning, November 1, 2010, All Saints Day. He spent his life working for the good for others. He was a wonderful father, a loving husband, and a great leader. He was the president of the Notre Dame Club of Pensacola for many years and established the Casey Crongeyer Scholarship Fund, which has assisted local students attending the university. He was a business man who led by example. As owner/operator of Rollo's Seafood, he led the company through good times and bad, and provided well for his family. He put his family's needs before his. He was a gentle soul with deep religious beliefs.

He was fortunate enough to see his children grow into strong young men, and was able to embrace his beautiful daughter-in-laws. He was blessed with a wonderful wife, whose undying love carried him through life.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Covas; his son, Daniel Covas and his wife, Tiffany; and his son, Neal Covas with his wife, Alexandra.

A memorial service will be held this Friday, November 5, 2010, at 3pm, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 6451 Park Ave, in Milton, FL. A reception following the service will be held in the Parish Center, celebrating his life.
