Linda Lanier Cowdery, 58 of Kissimmee passed away, Saturday, July 3, 2010 at home with her family by her side.
A member of a Pioneer Osceola County Family she was born the daughter of Doyle and Lois Lanier and had been a life long Osceola County resident. She was a retired Clerk for Osceola County Property Appraisers Office and a Methodist.
Linda is survived by her husband, Darwin, sons: Chad W. Cowdery of Kissimmee, Clay Neil Cowdery of St. Cloud; daughter: Dawn Rae Cowdery of Cleveland, TN; brother: Dennis Lanier of Coker Creek, TN; sisters: Dale Batton of Kissimmee, Sue Kelley of Coker Creek, TN and 9 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 5, 2010 from 5 to 8 PM at Conrad & Thompson Funeral Home. A service to celebrate Lindas life will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home with Reverend Dr. Bob Reaves officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Kissimmee.
