Alleen Frances Cowdery Resident of San Jose Born Jan. 15, 1920, Alleen Cowdery passed away Oct. 3, 2012 at her retirement home in Saratoga, Ca. She passed quietly of natural causes, the way she would have wanted. Alleen was born and raised in Hartford, Ohio, and after high school she moved to California where she remained the rest of her life. She worked for Wells Fargo Bank, mostly in the Campbell branch for over 30 years. Alleen is survived by her niece, nephews and their families. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Alleen wished that no services be held. She supported many charities and her favorite was the American Cancer Society.
