Harriet A. (Crane) Bunn Burnett, the second wife of David Burnett (1786-1854), was the daughter of Henry Crane (1781-1827) and Sarah "Sally" Day (1783-1872) of Chatham. Her first husband was Nathan Bunn who died in Springfield before 1830. Several of her children are buried in this cemetery including Harriet Ann (Burnett) Pruden and William Crane Burnett. Another son, Lewis D. Bunn (1819-1875), an undertaker of Morristown, was the inventor of the aquatic velocipede on Speedwell Lake. A daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Bunn, married Joel Woodruff Muchmore, and is also interred in Evergreen Cemetery.
