Alfred McCrae Crocheron, 17 month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Crocheron of Ashville, R.F.D., No. 1, died at a local hospital at 4:15 o'clock Sunday morning, the victim of diphtheria.
Funeral services were held at the home of H.P. Crocheron, 856 Chestnut Street, at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon with the Rev. Ivan H. Trusler, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, in charge. The burial followed at Forrest cemetery.
Surviving are the parents and a number of other relatives here and in South Alabama.
