BEVERLY CUNNINGHAM BROWN Decatur, GA - Funeral Services for Mrs. Beverly Cunningham Brown, formerly of Talladega, AL will be today at 3:00 p.m. at Rocky Mount Baptist Church, Talladega, AL with Bishop J. T. Roberts, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Brown passed away Tuesday, October 27 in Decatur. She was a member of Greater New Macedonia Church of God In Christ where she served as Pastoral Assistant, Chairperson of the Usher Board, Evangelist for the Missionary Board, was a member of the Trustee Board and Board of Directors. Beverly was a 1973 graduate of Lincoln High School Lincoln, AL. She was licensed in childcare, owner and operator of Beverly's In Home Childcare and a member of the Childcare Development Association.
Survivors are: sons, Roderick (Maqueet) Cunningham, Quincey (Teranda) Turner and Demetrius Turner, all of Decatur; three grandchildren, Journee' Cunningham of Decatur, Brittany Turner and Brianna Smith of Anniston, AL; her mother, Mary Smith of Talladega, AL; her father, Jack Fomby of Lincoln, AL; sisters, Carolyn Sims of Patterson, NJ, Bonnie Smith of Decatur, Mavis (Jimmy) Wilson, Mary Ellen Smith, Connie (Steve) Adams, Sharon (Troskey) Twymon, Sheryl Smith, all of Talladega, AL; brothers, Ronnie (Lonnie) Cunningham of Stockton, CA, Travis (Pam) Smith, Victor (Rosetta) Smith, Leroy (Mandy) Smith, and Mr. Derald Smith, all of Talladega, AL.
