Frank S. Curia, 45, of St. Albans, formerly of Moundsville, died March 17, 1998, in Memorial Division, CAMC. He was assistant director of the state Division of Highways legal department with 21 years' service, a graduate of John Marshall High School, West Virginia University and WVU Law School, and a member of Order of COIFF at WVU and the West Virginia State Bar Association. He was president of the Kanawha Valley Football Officials Association, former board member of St. Albans Western League Association, basketball coach for Riverlawn Presbyterian Church, St. Albans, former basketball coach at Lakewood Elementary, St. Albans, and a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, St. Albans. Surviving: wife, Kathy Buckenheimer-Curia; daughter, Melissa Curia at home; sons, Anthony "Tony," Jason and Sammy, all at home; parents, Joseph and Ella Curia of Moundsville; sisters, Katherine Davidson of Glendale, Mary Curia of Moundsville; brothers, Joseph Jr. of Clarksburg, John of Front Royal, Va., Christopher of Woodlands, Texas, Samuel of Chillicothe, Ohio.
