She was born in East Berkshire on April 7, 1929, the daughter of Hubert and Edna May (Whitcomb) Curley.
On Nov. 25, 1950, she married Richard Aldrich in Richford; he recently predeceased her.
They were married for 57 wonderful years. Throughout her life, she was employed as a legal secretary in Burlington. She was a dedicated and loving mother and housewife. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She traveled all over the world, loved reading, volunteering, and singing in the Church Choir in Trinity Episcopal Church.
Catherine is survived by her two children, Christopher and his wife, Leanna, of Williston and Jennifer Songer of Shelburne; six grandchildren, Jessica, Dustin, Kaitlin, Bryant, Nathan and Emily and nieces and nephews.
She was also predeceased by two brothers, Dwight and Raymond Curley.
A service celebrating her life will be held on Thursday, March 13, at 10:30 a.m. in Trinity Episcopal Church with a reception immediately following in the parish hall.
Catherine and her husband, Richard will be laid to rest together in the spring in Shelburne Village Cemetery.
