Burial in Forrest Cemetery, Gadsden. She was a native of Gadsden and had lived in Anniston for the past 30 years, member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church, retired from Veteran's Administration in Montgomery and served as a volunteer for many years as a Pink Lady at Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Bernard Cusick and sister, Josephine Cusick Pope. She is survived by a sister, Delores Booth, Anniston, nephew, great-nieces and great nephew. [pallbearers, etc. were mentioned in the obituary.]
