Frank A. Cusick Jr., 83, of 63 Wilbur Ave., Swansea, died Monday at home after an illness. He was the Husband of Lorraine L. (Lefebvre) Cusick. The couple had been married for the past 53 years.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Frank A. Sr. and Flora B. (Harrison) Cusick, he spent his youth in Providence, lived in Cranston, R.I. for several years, and moved to Swansea 39 years ago.
Mr. Cusick worked as an insurance claims adjuster for the former American Insurance Co. in Wakefield for more than 25 years, retiring in 1982.
He was a graduate of Classical High School in Providence and attended Providence College.
A communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church, he was a lector and eucharistic minister, and a Marian Medal recipient in 1991.
Mr. Cusick was a third-degree member of the Knights of Columbus, Bishop James E. Cassidy Council in Swansea, and a member of the Green Valley Golf Club in Portsmouth, R.I.
