Barton Dafoe 1951 - 2009 After a long and valiant struggle with brain cancer Bart passed away peacefully, while surrounded by family and friends. Bart is survived by his wife Veronika Agranov-Dafoe and his daughter Miranda Dafoe of Sunnyvale, CA, as well as his sister Janet Dafoe of Palo Alto, CA. The Memorial Service "Celebration of Music and Light" will be held on June 6 at 7pm at Palo Alto Unitarian Church, 505 E. Charleston Rd., Palo Alto, CA. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made out to the UCSF Foundation in memory of Barton Dafoe for the UCSF Brain Tumor Program: UCSF P.O. Box 45339, San Francisco, CA 94145-0339. Or to the Bart Dafoe Music Fund of the Unitarian Universalist church of Palo Alto: UUCPA 505 E. Charleston Rd., Palo Alto, CA 94306.
