A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007, in Beaverton Foursquare Church for Marion Dahl, who died Oct. 2 at age 84.
Marion Hjelle was born April 23, 1923, in St. Paul, Minn. A homemaker, she moved to Portland in 1947 and to Tigard in 1958. In 1946, she married Stephen; he died in February of this year.
Survivors include her son, Steven; daughters, Janet Kekua and Carol Newman; sister, Audrey Hjelle; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
