Born November 3, 1914, in Carnesville, Ga., she was the fourth of thirteen children born to the late Myrtie Murphy and Lee Roy Seymore. She was a 1948 charter member of Judson Pentecostal Holiness Church and was a member of Holmes Memorial Church for many years.
Mrs. Daniel is survived by a grandson, Roland Woodrow Johnson of Chicago, Ill.; two sisters, Tommie Morris Brown of Powdersville, S.C., and Harley Shepperd of Saluda, N.C.; four brothers, Raymond Seymore of Piedmont, S.C., Hershel Seymore of Anderson, S.C., Ralph Seymore and Talmadge Seymore, both of Easley, S.C.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Daniel was preceded in death by her daughter, Doris Eloise Johnson, son-in-law, Ronald Brooks Johnson and granddaughter, Rhonda Ann Johnson; two sisters, Velma Bowen and Emma Lee McCurley; four brothers, William Hoyt Seymore, Glenn Ray (Bill) Seymore, Marshall Seymore and Arthur Lee (Shorty) Seymore.
Visitation will be Monday, March 30 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home Northwest, 6710 White Horse Road, Greenville, SC.
Services will be held in the Thomas McAfee Funeral Home Northwest Chapel on Tuesday, March 31 at 3 p.m., with burial immediately following at Graceland Cemetery West.
