Former Drug Store Owner's Widow Passes

Mrs. Bertie Anne Daniels, 85, 328 N. Rutan, died at Wesley Hospital Tuesday night.

Mrs. Daniels was born in Chillicothe, Mo., on April 15, 1873.

She came to Wichita in 1919 from Stafford, Kan., and was the widow of. Leroy Daniels who was a druggist in Wichita, operating drug stores at various locations. He preceded her in death in 1950. She was a member of the College Hill Methodist Church and belonged to Circle 12 of the Women's Society of Christian Service. She was active in the Lydian Sunday School. Class. She was also a member of the Twentieth Century Club.

Survivors include two sons, Carl E., 558 S. Green; Roland, of the home address; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Teed, Pasadena, Calif.

Funeral services will be conducted in the Cochran Mortuary chapel at 2 p.m. Thursday. Dr. Herbert B. Cockrill, pastor of College Hill Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will take place in Wichita Park Cemetery.
