Mrs. Francis H. Kales
The death of Mrs. Ellen Davis Kales, wife of Francis H. Kales, the well-known lawyer, occurrred at the residence, No. 301 Erie street, at half-past 3 o'clock yesterday morning. Mrs. Kales had a very wide circle of friends in this city, where she has lived for many years, and was loved by all who knew her. She was the daughter of Dr. N.S. Davis. Mrs. Kales was a woman of rare endowments and many charming qualities. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church, where her early death will be felt as an irreparable affliction. She was in her 39th year. The funeral will take place Saturday. The time and the place where the services will be held will be hereafter announced.
