Arlene "Linette" Davis, 73, of Boulder City, passed away Sunday, July 26, 2009, in Boulder City. She was born Nov. 22, 1935, in Tacoma Park, Md.
She had lived in Boulder City for 28 years. Linette worked in real estate sales for Boulder Dam Realty before retiring two years ago. She was a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors.
Linette was preceded in death by her father, Arnold C. Thomas; mother, Marjorie S. Thomas; and brother, Jack Thomas.
She is survived by her husband, of 28 years, William Davis of Boulder City; son, Glenn A. Scott of Carson City; daughter, Kimberly Scott-MacKenzie of San Diego; son, Lawrence L. Scott of Georgia; stepchildren, Brock Davis of Las Vegas, Ana Marie Davis of Phoenix, and Antonio Davis of Boulder City; 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Memorial services at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery are pending. Donations may be made to Solari Hospice, 5550 S. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89118, (702) 870-0000. Boulder City Family Mortuary handled the arrangements.
