Carolyn Davis Cummins

Aged 77 years, passed suddenly this day September 5th, 2014 at her home. She is reunited in spirit with her beloved husband of 55 years Robert C. Cummins. Survived by daughter Donna Cummins, son Clark Cummins, granddaughter Jami Welsh and her husband Frank, 2 great-granddaughters Sierra and Laila Anderson, and surviving siblings Peter and Neal Davis.

Legally blind since childhood, Carolyn previously bowled on a blind bowling league and most enjoyed her family, her swimming pool, music both live and recorded, genealogy, the theater, and many local restaurants.

A committal service will be held on Monday September 15, at 10 am at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Chapel, 2465 Chesapeake City Rd. Bear, DE 19801.

To honor her lifelong love for animals, the family suggests donations to the SPCA 455 Stanton Christiana Rd, Newark, De 19713.
