Mrs. H. W. Ackerman died at about 6 o'clock yesterday afternoon, at her home in this city. Mrs. Ackerman was 70 years of age, and had been a resident of Jamestown a number of years. A husband and six children survive her, and a number of other relatives among whom is her brother T.P. Davis of Bismarck, also mourn her sudden death. She had been sick only a few days. The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, at the Presbyterian church, and interment will be at Highland Home Cemetery.
