In 1959, they settled down in San Diego. She made a career of being a dental assistant and was active in many organizations. Pearl loved dancing, music, bowling, animals, family gatherings and trips to the Del Mar Fair.
She was loved and will be missed by many. Pearl is survived by daughters Kathleen Brown of Alabama and Patricia Salas of Lemon Grove. Pearl is also survived by seven grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be at Greenwood Memorial Park. The Viewing will be Sunday, June 14, from 4-8pm. Praying of the Rosary will be at 6pm. The Memorial Mass will be Monday, June 15, 3pm in Garden Chapel. Published in U-T San Diego on June 13, 2009
