Amelia DeCicco, age 93, of Gloversville, passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at Mountain Valley Hospice House after a brief illness.

She was born on January 20, 1928, in Gloversville, a daughter of the late Angelo DeCicco and Elizabeth DiMaio DeCicco of Melizzano, Italy.

Millie was employed at the former Gem Footwear Company of Gloversville. She was a member of the former Immaculate Conception Church, Immaculate Conception Rosary Society, Lady Sodality of the Blessed Mother, and Catholic Daughters. She most recently was a member of Holy Trinity Parish.

She is survived by her two nephews, Pasquale (Pat) O'Lucci, Eugene O'Lucci; great-nephews, Peter T. O'Lucci (Linda Stegagno), Joseph N. O'Lucci (Karen), Matthew J. O'Lucci; great-niece, Gaia B. Richard Anderson Jr.; great-great-nieces and nephews, Candace O'Lucci, Makala O'Lucci, Olivia J. Anderson, Richard Anderson III; great-great-great-neice, Adelynn O'Lucci; and many cousins.

In addition to her parents, Millie was predeceased by her brother, Nicholas DeCicco; sisters, Josephine DeCicco, Marguerite DeCicco, Immaculata Mabel O'Lucci; nephew, Angelo DeCicco.

Interment will be at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Johnstown.
